Sony is slowly but surely filling out the roster of PlayStation Portable games and minis that are available on the PlayStation Vita Store. So if I buy a VITA I would have to buy these games digitaly to play on the VITA even though I already own the UMD. Mighty flip champs is the only psp mini on the vita store that I would recommend on the vita store. Does anyone else find it odd that Sony isn’t letting you download any PSP titles that are also being released as Vita titles? read more

The largest video game retailer out there, GameStop (AKA EBgames) will be removing PSP games from 25% of its North American stores. We’re not too upset by this news, as it’s not difficult to see the reasoning behind this decision. Tecmo Koei’s announced it’ll release Musou Orochi 2 – otherwise known as Warriors Orochi 3 – for a PSP release in Japan this July 19. Called Musou Orochi 2 Special, the handheld version of the PS3 and 360 title will come with special features over the console version, a Battle Royale mode for up to four players and a new character in the form of Rachael from Ninja Gaiden. Harvesting of a number of shellfish species is banned from Sandy Point north to the Canadian border and at Point Roberts due to rising levels of paralytic shellfish poison. A biotoxin has closed Sequim Bay, and authorities are banning all recreational harvest of shellfish in the bay. Marine areas 11 (Tacoma-Vashon Island) and 13 (South Puget Sound) will reopen for sport crabbing at 8 a. Despite the lackluster economy, the shellfish industry continues to do well, Taylor Shellfish Farms representatives said Thursday during a public affairs forum in Gig Harbor. The first rendition of the newly revised allocation system governing non-treaty crabbing in Puget Sound has concluded. read more
