PSP News - 'Final Fantasy' social game in development for Mobage - Digital Spy

The project is in development for the Mobage platform, a gaming network for Android and iOS users, reports GI. Owners of the PSP-exclusive Final Fantasy Type-0 will be handed an in-game reward. The studio has released two Final Fantasy -themed Facebook titles in the past, Knights of the Crystals and Chocobo’s Crystal Tower . DeNA previously announced that Keiji Inafune, Grasshopper Manufacture, Prope, Meister and Marvellous Entertainment also have projects in development for its Mobage platform. The real-time simulation game will retrace the franchise’s One Year War from the point of view of the character Bright Noa. The player will be able to command the White Base mobile suit carrier, and will fight on battlefields featured in the first Mobile Suit Gundam television anime series. The game interface display the strength of the enemy on the map, allowing the player to choose the best course to move his forces. The player will lead his force into combat by giving instruction to the units under his command to battle the enemy, the ”Principality of Zeon”. read more
