Back in April we’ve heard rumors that the huge PS3 title out in the latter half of this month, LittleBigPlanet , would be getting its very own PSP title. Today, reader libertine pointed us to a SCEE job listing which refers to a position for “PSP game engine lead” whose job is to oversee ” LittleBigPlanet projects. While I’m not expecting a LBP where you create custom levels and such crazy-awesomeness in the PS3 version, but I would love a Sackboy-themed platformer. That EuroGamer thing actually is interesting, because it says nothing is concrete yet, but come on Sony is going to make tons off the PS3 version of LittleBigPlanet. I myself want to see MM make Craft World more it was the 2D prototype game for LBP. Because I am going to buy the LBP for the PS3 and I see no need to have the same game on the PSP. read more

Wipeout HD may have just arrived on the PlayStation 3 last week, but its existence first slipped out more than two years ago , when Sony Europe recruiter Datascope posted an urgent listing for a lead designer on Wipeout games for the PlayStation Portable and PS3. Adding to the possibility of a PSP Little Big Planet are comments made by Media Molecule cofounder Mark Healy to Eurogamer . The PS3 edition of Little Big Planet is set for release on October 21 in North America and October 24 in Europe.
