So if you want to make a point then play a game and record a video showing the issue at regular speed and distance. The scan line “issue” has nothing to do with coding of the games, it’s a hardware revision to the screen. Since picking it up I’ve been playing tons of games with lots of motion and color changes such as loco roco and ratchet and clank and I just don’t see the big deal about the screen. Yes, when I stare really really hard at the screen instead of playing the game and enjoying myself I can notice the lines, but I don’t know anyone who games with the PSP right in their face and looking for these lines. HP Mini 1000 is a Sleek, Svelte 10. The PSP does a fine job of emulating SNES titles, but the controls just aren’t the same. And one modder created such a hack, installing a new socket to the back of his PSP that’s wired straight to the motherboard. In my book, this beats playing the PSP with a Dual Shock 3 . But that’s just me, who still thinks that Super Mario World is still better than any game we’ve seen on the PSP. read more

A few weeks back, the PSP-3000 Ratchet & Clank Entertainment Pack was launched, well for all you future Sony PSP fans out there that is the only bundle available. There had been rumors that there was to be a $169 4GB Memory PSP-3000 bundle, but that has now been replaced by a single SKU. Sony have said that you are still able to get hold of the 4GB PSP Memory Stick PRO Duo for just $45 extra. Iâm not sure that many people will be happy about only having a Ratchet & Clank Entertainment Pack, as the game does not appeal to everyone. read more
